By engaging Moventa Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (MVPL), the client acknowledges the establishment of a consultant-client relationship. MVPL serves as a faithful professional advisor, providing expert commercial, technical, and legal guidance in taxation, finance, and real estate.

• Consultancy fees and payment schedules must be mutually agreed upon in writing before the commencement of work.
• Payments for government registrations or statutory dues are non-refundable once initiated.
• Late payments may attract additional charges or interest as per the agreed payment terms.
• Statutory variations in taxes (GST, duties, etc.) during the contractual period shall be borne by the client.

Clients are solely responsible for providing true, accurate, and complete information and authenticated documentation. MVPL maintains strict confidentiality regarding client personal and financial data unless required by law.

• MVPL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or reputation.
• MVPL shall not be held responsible for delays or cost increases due to changes in government policies, judicial orders, or third-party builder policies.
• Total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total contract value paid by the client.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and other applicable Indian laws. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
